FAQ’s for Ordering ExEm® Foam Through SendRx
How do I change my password?
- Go to your profile username in top right-hand corner of your screen
- Click on the settings icon to the right of your name
- This will give you the screen to set your password
- Click “Save”.
How long does it take for my order to process and ship?
- If your order was placed before 2 pm CT, it will process and ship out that same day via 2-day shipping.
- If your order was placed after 2 pm CT, it will process and ship out the next day via 2-day shipping.
Is overnight shipping available?
- If you have an emergency order needing overnight shipping, contact an ExEm Foam (888.963.3936) or a SendRx (224.385.1262) representative.
Where can I find my tracking number?
- Log into your SendRx portal: https://sendrx.com/portal
- Click on “Patient List” on left side panel
- Search for patient name and click “View” on the right side of the record
- You will find the FedEx tracking number in the “Tracking” column
Can I place an order for more than one clinic and/or provider?
- Yes, make sure you inform your ExEm Foam representative and your account will be set up to order on behalf of multiple clinics and/or providers. If you already have an account, send a message in the portal and a SendRx representative will add the provider and clinic information.
How do I submit a prescription for ExEm Foam?
You can send a prescription through your EMR system or through the SendRx portal. Once the prescription is submitted, SendRx will perform a benefits verification and contact the patient on the status of their prescription and any copay that may be due.
- Using your EMR system:
- Search for “SendRx” pharmacy nationally (do not limit search criteria to your county or state)
- In rare cases, your EMR system may not recognize SendRx. If this is the case, search for the corporate name which is ELA Pharmacy LLC.
- If selecting ELA Pharmacy: ELA Pharmacy LLC dba SendRx, 1002 Bonaventure Dr, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, NPI 1841051398
- Search for “SendRx” pharmacy nationally (do not limit search criteria to your county or state)
- Using the SendRx portal:
- Log into your SendRx portal: https://sendrx.com/portal
- On the left side panel, click “Patient List”, click “View” next to your clinic name, click “Generate Order”
- Select SendRx as Destination Pharmacy
- Provide the patient information.
- Select Prescribing Provider
- Include the patient’s HyFoSy procedure date in the “Additional Notes” field.
- Select your destination clinic
- Select “Patient” under “Bill to”
- Click “Submit Prescription”

Can I place a recurring inventory order?
- You will be able to place inventory auto-replenishment services for ExEm Foam in the near future. A Pharmacy Hub is anticipated to be finalized in early 2025. Fill out our contact form to be added to our contact list for updates and announcements: www.exemfoam.com/contact
How much does ExEm Foam cost if a patient’s insurance doesn’t cover it?
- The maximum out of pocket cost for a patient will be $176.91. SendRx will coordinate with the patient for the necessary copay.
How do I add an email for invoices to be sent to?
- To add an email address for invoices, send a message in the SendRx portal with the contact name and email address. You can also send this information to pahelp@sendrx.com.
How do I add a user?
- To add a user, send a message in the SendRx portal with the contact name and email address. You can also send this information to pahelp@sendrx.com
How do I delete a user?
- To delete a user, send a message in the SendRx portal with the contact name and email address. You can also send this information to pahelp@sendrx.com.
