PRN Fertility Clinical Applications Specialist Ultrasound/Sonographer 

Locations: West Coast 

Job Description: 

ExEm® Foam is seeking a dynamic and experienced sonographer for Clinical Applications Specialists to join our team on a per-diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide clinical expertise in ultrasound, hands-on training, and support for our innovative ExEm® Foam product utilized in fertility diagnostics. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure effective use and understanding of the product and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. 

  

Key Responsibilities: 

– Provide on-site and remote clinical training and support to healthcare professionals using ExEm® Foam. 

– Demonstrate the use and benefits of ExEm® Foam in fertility diagnostics to potential clinics with live patients. 

– Collaborate with the sales team to drive product adoption and meet sales targets. 

– Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clinical staff. 

– Troubleshoot and resolve clinical issues related to product usage. 

– Document and report on clinical experiences, customer feedback, and product performance. 

– Travel extensively within and occasionally outside the specified geographic region, including overnight stays as necessary. 

  

Required Qualifications: 

– Active RDMS (OB/GYN) registry. 

– Bachelor’s degree and/or Ultrasound program certification from an accredited university or college. 

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in Women’s Health ultrasound procedures, with a preference for experience in fertility ultrasound. 

– Proficiency in 2D, 3D, and color flow imaging. 

– Ability to obtain vendor credentialing, including BLS, immunizations, and background checks. 

– Access to a major airport in the Northeast or West Coast.  

– Willingness to travel extensively, regionally, and occasionally nationwide, with potential overnight stays based on business needs. 

– Exceptional oral and written communication skills. 

– Proven problem-solving abilities and the capability to analyze and resolve complex issues. 

– Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs. 

– Established project management skills. 

  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with fertility diagnostics and procedures. 
• Prior experience in a clinical applications specialist role. 
• Experience in conducting clinical training and education.
