Clinical Applications Specialist – Ultrasound Sonographer (Full-Time) 

Location: Multiple Nationwide 

Job Description: 

ExEm® Foam seeks multiple Clinical Applications Specialists to provide clinical expertise, hands-on training, and support for ExEm® Foam in fertility diagnostics. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure effective product usage, patient-centered care, and support for the teams to drive product adoption. Key responsibilities include: 

• Delivering on-site and remote clinical training to healthcare professionals using ExEm® Foam. 
• Demonstrating the benefits of ExEm® Foam in fertility diagnostics with live patient demonstrations at clinics. 
• Partnering with the team to support product adoption goals and engage prospective clients. 
• Leading presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clinical staff. 
• Troubleshoot clinical issues and provide support related to product use. 
• Documenting clinical experiences, customer feedback, and product performance to inform future improvements. 
• Traveling for on-site training, up to 50% nationally, including overnight stays. 

Qualifications: 

• Certification: Active ARDMS (OB/GYN) registry. 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or certification from an accredited Ultrasound program. 
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Women’s Health ultrasound procedures, preferably with experience in fertility diagnostics. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 2D, 3D, and color flow imaging, with expertise in using various ultrasound platforms. 
• Vendor Credentialing: Ability to meet vendor requirements, including BLS certification, immunizations, and background checks. 
• Travel Readiness: Must have a valid passport and access to a major airport with availability for approximately 50% national travel. 
• Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated problem-solving abilities. 
• Project Management: Organizational skills with experience in planning, executing, and documenting training programs.
